Celerity Announces New Vice President of Human Resources
McLEAN, VA – Celerity is pleased to announce Jen Siegel, SPHR, as the new Vice President of Human Resources.
In this role, Jen will partner with senior leadership to lead and develop HR strategy and programs for Celerity, including design and implementation of organizational development programs, orientation and training programs, corporate policies and procedures, benefit plans, client service strategies and other employee and organizational initiatives.

Jen brings a wealth of human resource experience from leading organizations in various industries including consulting, government contracting, marketing, and non-profit. Prior to Celerity, Jen served as a top Human Resources executive at Excelacom, where she focused on strategic HR development, talent acquisition and management, program and benefits enhancement, and communications.
In addition to holding an active SPHR certification, Jen received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and earned a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
