Celerity Awarded BPM Integration Project for Top-10 National Bank
McLEAN, VA – A top-10 national bank has awarded Celerity a business process management (BPM) project to help integrate several recent bank acquisitions into one seamless, efficient process—backed by consistent policies and procedures.
A team of process engineers from Celerity’s BPM practice will use a variety of BPM best practices to understand current operating strategies across key lines of business including Treasury Services, Payment Operations, and Operations Risk & Control.
Celerity’s activities will be heavily focused on reviewing end-to-end current state documentation, while ensuring standardization and building a solid foundation for continuous improvement. The BPM consultants will align the newly integrated business processes with centralized policies and procedures to achieve the bank’s goal of transparent and efficient process architecture.
