Celerity PA Named one of the Best Places to Work in PA
HARRISBURG, PA – Celerity PA has once again been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania — the second consecutive year the firm has earned this honor. This highly competitive awards program is designed to identify and recognize the best places to be employed in Pennsylvania, focusing on organizations that benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.
Celerity PA competed with firms across the state in a rigorous two-part selection process comprised of workplace evaluations around policies, practices and philosophies (25% of score) and employee satisfaction surveys (75% of score). More than 140 Celerity employees completed the survey.
“I am extremely proud to be included in this elite group,” said Jim Bailoni, President of Celerity PA. “It is our people who shape and define our success. Knowing that our employees are highly satisfied working at Celerity is a tremendous compliment for which I am grateful.”
Created in 2000, the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania awards program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Penn Business Journal.
The formal award and rankings will be revealed at the banquet on Thursday, December 1, 2011, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. The complete list of the 2011 Best Places to Work in PA award recipients can be found at Best Places to Work in PA and the Central Penn Business Journal.
