McLEAN, VA – Nicole Helfrich, Delivery Director of Project and Program Management (PPM) at Celerity, will be the featured speaker at a global financial services organization’s project management forum on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
Helfrich’s presentation—Best Practices for Project Communications—explores ways to effectively manage project communications throughout all levels of an organization.
“Communicating the right message—at the right time and to the right audience—is critical to successful project delivery,” says Helfrich.
“It’s important to establish clear expectations and lines of communication with key stakeholders and project team members early on in projects, and then stick to a plan to reinforce expectations and continue communications throughout the project lifecycle,” Helfrich explains. “This allows for better management of issues and risks, and leads to less surprises at implementation.”
Helfrich and her PPM team help clients prioritize and report performance on hundreds of projects, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and on budget. Their solutions improve speed-to-market, quality, and compliance, while driving consistency and repeatability across projects and programs. Most recently, the team created a Customized Project Execution Process for a leading health insurer.
