Oracle Federal Financials

Challenge: The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) required best practice knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials in support of an effort to consolidate all General Ledger, Accounts Payables/Receivables and Purchasing systems into Oracle.

Solution: Celerity provided professionals with domain knowledge and Oracle Federal Financials expertise. The Celerity team provided project management, COTS integration, systems administration, training, and application maintenance services.

Results: Celerity resources successfully upgraded the SDDC infrastructure from Oracle 8i to Oracle 9i in less than one year, while supporting the Oracle Federal Financials implementation for SDDC. Our contributions to the success of this initiative have resulted in a multi-year effort to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for the Oracle Federal Financials platform.
