Celerity’s seasoned process engineering team will partner with the client to develop new and revised business, operational and IT processes. Specifically, Celerity will lead and execute the process analysis tasks, including future state design, risk assessment, development of key controls and metrics and the test & monitoring plan for launch.

Thursday, September 9th, 2010New York, NY – Celerity is pleased to announce a new partnership with a global financial services provider engaged in retail, corporate and investment banking, as well as wealth management. We recently signed a Master Agreement with the client for non-IT services to provide professional consulting. Under the agreement, Celerity will have the opportunity to perform work that focuses on business process improvement support, the alignment of technology with business or process strategy, assistance in the finance area, as well as other consultancy offerings. This client win is a result of the long standing relationship that the New York team, Mike King, Dina Gomes and EJ Winn, have with multiple client managers at this financial services organization.
David Kelly is the acting Account Manager for this client and he has won a project within the firm’s U.S. Regulatory Reporting group. This division is primarily responsible for financial and other periodic reporting submissions to various broker-dealer and banking supervisory authorities in the U.S. The project work includes assisting the Regulatory Reporting Production Team perform Daily Financial Services Authority (FSA) calculations under SEC haircuts (15c3-1) as well as to assist in the customer reserve formula computation (SEC Rule 15c3-3) and analysis. Additionally, our consultants will assist in the computation of SEC standard haircuts, perform and enhance reconciliation processes around the calculation and work with the business to deliver ad-hoc management information reports. The engagement is expected to last for six months with the opportunity to continue to add consulting support to the project.

Celerity was selected to support one of the company’s top corporate initiatives based on its proven track record of delivering high quality results for this client.
Celerity consultants will provide expertise in business process design in accordance with a timeline that is critical to the success of the client’s business transformation efforts in 2010. Celerity’s seasoned process engineering team will partner with the client to facilitate process redesigns that incorporate the future state vision, guiding principles and best practices. In addition, the Celerity team will perform process analysis tasks, from current state process analysis to detailed process modeling, using BPMN and gap analysis. Celerity will be responsible for training our resources on the client methodology, quality oversight for work performed and providing consultative recommendations to the client teams.

Web Presence Management Practice
Monday, April 12th, 2010McLean, VA - Celerity recently completed a major website redesign for one of its premiere financial services clients. The goal of the redesign was to provide an optimal web experience to all customer segments, aligning with our client’s online value proposition, allowing increasing numbers of new and existing customers to more easily engage with our client’s products and service. Celerity’s team designed and created new tools to help match customers with the products they need and simplify the process of applying for products. The redesign included adding key messages and visual elements that truly convey the client’s identity and brand, and also enabled integrated messaging to showcase client product campaigns. A significantly improved online help function was also included to assist customers in using the redesigned website. As a direct result of this effort, our client plans to use the experiences gained to create best-in-class guidelines for future site redesigns and enhancements.
Java/J2EE Project Win in Financial Services Vertical

Celerity consultants will provide expertise in Java/J2EE development in accordance with a timeline that is critical to the success of the client’s priority one initiative for 2010. Our team of developers will work with the client to perform full lifecycle development tasks, from validation of functional requirements through support of SIT (Systems Integration Testing) and production implementation.
