McLean, VA – Celerity is pleased to announce it will be providing its Project Portfolio Management Services to a national financial services company in Northern Virginia. Celerity was selected to support one of the company’s top corporate initiatives based on its proven track record of delivering high quality results for this client. On this engagement, Celerity consultants will be aligned to the initiative’s workstreams to serve as integration points into a business oriented Project Management Office. In addition, Celerity consultants will develop and maintain frameworks, templates, and processes for the following functions across the initiative: integrated project planning, project status reporting, change control, issues/risks management, resource management and other functions as needed to enable effective integrated management of all projects supporting the corporate initiative.
