Celerity PA Named a Best Place to Work

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

Harrisburg, PA – Celerity PA is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2010 and was named one of the top 50 small-medium sized companies.  The award will be formally presented during an awards ceremony on November 30, 2010 at the Lancaster County Convention Center.

The rigorous selection process began earlier this year when companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of the process evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience which was worth three-quarters of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.  The Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.

Feedback from the employee survey attributed Celerity’s benefits, professional development and flexibility as key factors in making it a best place to work. Employees also commended Celerity for its commitment to its employees and its dedication to going above and beyond to develop relationships and better serve each and every consultant.

“I am extremely proud that Celerity has been named to this elite group,” said Celerity PA President, Jim Bailoni. “I recognize that it is our employees’ hard work and dedication that elevate Celerity in the marketplace and we regard the positive employee feedback in the employee surveys as a true compliment.”

Celerity is seeking candidates to fill positions in all practice areas. For information on becoming part of the Celerity team, please visit Celerity’s careers page.
