Potential customers were abandoning a major motor insurance company’s online rate-quote tool. To drive more conversions, they needed a simple, quick online tool that would gather enough financial information to provide accurate quotes while upholding legal and technical restrictions.

The insurance company reached out to Celerity for an immersive heuristic analysis of the quoting platform. We did an in-depth assessment on a variety of devices and figured out how the buyflow design caused user drop-off. Then we identified and prioritized problems, providing solutions to enhance the overall digital experience and increase conversions.
