As Chief Client Officer, Curt works with members of the Celerity team and our clients to coordinate, execute, and deliver strategies that have meaningful, lasting positive impact. He has 22+ years of leadership and consulting experience, playing pivotal roles in guiding Fortune 1000, government agencies, and non-profit organizations through the challenging processes of digital transformation and creating integrated experience for brands. Prior to Celerity he was the Founder of the digital agency, Blue Water, orchestrating its acquisition. He was also CEO and Chairman of Waterfall Software. Curt has a professional certificate in data analytics from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a degree in existential philosophy from the University of Colorado. He speaks frequently at industry events, and is actively involved in promoting integrated customer and employee experience, machine learning and artificial intelligence through high school and university programs.

As our CFO, Anne-Marie Evans partners with the team to align business strategy to operations, as well as lead functional units in driving growth across the business. She also manages global relationships with our parent company. With nearly 20 years of experience, Anne-Marie is well-versed in finance and accounting while also providing direction to company support functions such as IT, HR, and Office/Facilities administration. She has a BS in Accounting from George Mason University – School of Management Anne-Marie Is a mom to four energetic kids who help keep her grounded and filled with joy (most days). She enjoys long runs and weight lifting. If she were not a CFO, she would most enjoy traveling the world or décorating homes with other people's money.

Under her leadership, Celerity has earned world-class Net Promoter Scores, innovation awards, and client accolades. Katie brings 15 years of experience in strategy, facilitation, and collaborative business execution. She has helped private and non-profit organizations across various industries and sizes both as an in-house leader and as a consulting partner. Katie has a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University and a M.A in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University. You will often find Katie with a notebook, a question, a smile, and a scarf. She enjoys leisure time with her husband and two Lakeland terriers.

Jack Leach leads our Banking and Financial Services practice. He started his career at Bank of America as a Commercial and Corporate banking lender and relationship manager. His consulting experience includes consulting leadership roles with leading firms like Deloitte where he brings a unique combination of industry and consulting experience working for and with top banks and financial institutions within the US, Canada, and Europe. During Jack’s career, he has worked in more than 25 different banks and financial service institutions. He enjoys working in diverse environments that require creative solutions to drive change. Jack has a BS in Business Administration and MBA from East Carolina University. Jack lives in the Charlotte area and during his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, golf and "day tripping" with his wife.

Dr. David Nickelson is the Senior Client Partner leading Celerity’s Health & Life Science practice. Trained initially as a behavioral scientist and an attorney, Dr. Nickelson focuses on helping health-focused organizations develop digitally enabled solutions to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. He serves as a lead strategist and trusted client advisor to executives and other leaders at Fortune 500 companies in the provider, payor, pharmaceutical, life science, medical device, and consumer/retail health sectors. He brings over 20 years of healthcare consulting experience developing and implementing business, operational and IT strategies to both private and public sector clients. Dr. Nickelson earned an MS and PsyD in Clinical Psychology – as well as a JD (cum laude) – from Widener University. He earned his BA from the University of Minnesota. He spends his spare time with his lovely wife (also a clinical psychologist), two wonderful daughters, an unrelenting French Bulldog, and a well-used indoor rowing machine.

Wayne leads Celerity’s technology teams where he focuses on technology architecture and strategy, engineering, cloud services, and Salesforce. His background includes 25+ years of working with customers to meet rapidly evolving technical landscapes and supporting their needs across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS operations. Wayne focuses on understanding his customers’ needs and has a passion for scaling new solutions to solve complex business and technical problems. Prior to Celerity he was the Founder of Fifth and Wilson Consulting and held leadership positions at Deloitte, Oracle, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wayne holds a joint MSE from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School and a BS from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Wayne spends his off time chauffeuring his children to gymnastics meets, baseball tournaments, and basketball games. A devotee of Pittsburgh sports teams and the Indiana Hoosiers, Wayne lives with his wife and two children in the Pittsburgh area.

He has a lifelong passion for solving puzzles which gives him the determination to identify the best solutions. Yohannes brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and industry. He has developed and implemented business strategies with boutique consulting firms and while in leadership roles at Fortune 500 communications companies. Yohannes has a BA in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College. He strives to be kind and conscious of how we can change lives through small actions. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, fly fishing, and traveling with his wife.

Maria began her career working for National Wildlife Federation, leading HR for 400 employees throughout the US. At her first consulting firm, she established the HR Department while leading change initiatives supporting employee engagement and performance management. Maria has a Business Management degree and MBA from George Mason University. Maria enjoys spending time with her family and experimenting with spicy dishes and sweet treats. Kathy leads the firm’s endeavors to translate business trends and priorities into marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs. Working collaboratively across the business, Kathy and her team focus on purpose-driven marketing and the value alignment between people and technology. Her current initiatives include developing and implementing customer-centric programming around the future of the Responsive Enterprise. Kathy began her career at Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Business and Government, where she helped launch the University’s Corporate Social Responsibility program. After coming to the Washington, DC metro area 16 years ago, Kathy went on to lead integrated brand, marketing, and communications for both Booz Allen and Ernst & Young’s Government and Public Sector practice. Kathy holds an MBA from the John’s Hopkins Carey School of Business, an MTS from Harvard University, and BA from Providence College. A travel fanatic, retired food blogger (but still-active gastronome), and ocean lover, Kathy lives with her husband and two children in Arlington.
