Sr. Recruiter/ Talent Manager | Global Accounts

Celerity is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Boston! We are looking for an energetic and engaging professional with an interest in wearing dual hats as we grow our presence in the Boston market. This individual will be responsible for hiring new team members, while also functioning as a talent resource manager for those consultants already on board, facilitating performance management and operations support.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of successful Information Technology Recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related
  • Experience building a network of functional consultants (Project managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Systems Analysts, Testers, etc.)
  • Proficient in fast based, metrics driven staff augmentation or consulting services environments for commercial organizations
  • Proven track-record of direct sourcing, network recruiting, and pipeline recruiting
  • Proficient with talent sourcing tactics such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold-calling, university relations, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, social media, etc.
  • Experience with passive recruiting and building relationships/network to generate referrals
  • Proficient in the use of various candidate sourcing platforms, including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, social networking sites, ATS, etc.
  • Interest or experience in daily people operations, performance management, timecard approvals
  • Experience qualifying requirements, working with hiring managers to gather project overview and position qualifications to write accurate job descriptions
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Polished, professional, with an optimistic and “get the job done attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting activities to acquire the best technical talent for our client’s needs
  • Function as local representative with team and client managers for consultant reviews and check-in meetings on client-site
  • Organize networking events, consultant lunches and happy hours, career fairs, and more
  • Conduct new hire account onboarding sessions and provide direction to any necessary corporate resources or information
  • Support new consultants in making introductions to the team and providing a strong on-boarding experience
  • Meet with consultants individually on a monthly basis, escalate personnel concerns with internal teams
  • Support Legal and People Care teams in the tracking and management of Visa compliance and extensions
  • Work closely with leadership to strategize on opportunities for growth
