What You’ll Do
a^ Create customer webpages in a content management system (CMS)
a^ Implement updates to webpages utilizing a content management system and other tools
a^ Proof and edit webpages to ensure consistency with current Guide style and format and accurate publication
a^ Track web traffic and create customer reports using Google Analytics
a^ Manage and deliver highly visible client projects within tight timelines
a^ Troubleshoot page errors and reporting issues
a^ Provide additional support to the team as neededA^
a^ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 1-3 years related experienceA^
a^ Excellent written and oral communication skills and a keen attention to detail
a^ Excellent writing and editing should be demonstrated through a work portfolio of past professional communicationsA^
a^ A team player who possesses the ability and willingness to diplomatically challenge business staff at all levels
a^ An energetic self-starter who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
a^ Be able to identify and escalate risks as needed
a^ Strong working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat are required
a^ Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
