The organization's Marketing Department had access to a reasonable amount of website data, but wanted to dig deeper to evaluate whether or not its messaging was really resonating with global audiences.
Celerity's Digital Experience team performed an in-depth Brand Expression Audit for the association's online channels. Over 6 weeks, we gathered qualitative data from various client-served markets across four continents to evaluate where and how the client's brand was resonating. Our audit covered conceptual messaging, visual associations, emotional responses to images, and user experience design. After six weeks of collecting data, we provided the client with a prioritized roadmap for addressing brand expression issues.
