New Sales App Improves Efficiency and Agile Development Methodologies Adoption
Our client, a National Energy Company with a heavy focus on sales empowerment and operational efficiency, needed to untangle the complexity that characterized the systems coordinating their sales activities.
Celerity improved the existing systems for the client with enterprise technology integration that affected both their sales and support teams, through the development of an enterprise web application managed by a 6-member Scrum team in our Agile Delivery Center.
The stakeholders were invited to an Agile Awareness Training session, the sales and support teams were interviewed to illicit understanding of Agile basics, key pain points, and internal Agile methodologies were evaluated in context. Celerity then estimated the Scrum Product Backlog, worked on a release strategy focused on high-value deliverables, and developed a functional, mobile-friendly web application for use by the two aforementioned teams.
The Acceleration? In just a few months, Celerity leveraged complex integration and an Agile model to restore operational efficiencies and develop software that alleviated technical burdens for the users and stakeholders.
